JUDGES CRITIQUE
 
1.  Muscular Size:  Being ripped doesn't qualify you as a BB.  A BB should have more muscle at a greater degree than the average person
 
2.  Muscular Definition:  You should see ajoining other groups.
 
3.  Symmetry:  Ajoining muscle groups should be symmetrical such as bis and tris, so don't neglect to train a muscle group.
 
4.  Your ablility to present:  Confidence is critical
 
5.  Play the judges and they'll love you.
 
6. Smile!
 
7. Flex and hold it as if you were about to explode.
 
8.  Give the audience their monies worth!!! Be there to entertain.
 
9.  Forget about your worst assets and focus on playing up your greatest features.
